# Capabilities

The Hosted Pipeline gives you a LemonSLice-managed agent while still letting you control key avatar behavior at runtime.

## What's possible

* **Use any reference image at call creation** to set the avatar look for that session.
* **Trigger in-call image changes with `/imagine`** to update the avatar's visual context dynamically.
* **Keep the call live while updating appearance** so the interaction continues without restarting the session.

## Common use cases

* **Context switching:** update the agent's look to match topic changes (for example, support, onboarding, or product walkthrough).
* **Campaign personalization:** change visuals based on user segment, page, or funnel step.
* **Interactive experiences:** let users request scene/style updates live with `/imagine`.
