Pricing FAQ
- What are credits and how do they work?
- 1 second of generated video will consume the following amount of credits:
- 1 credit using V2.5 at Standard resolution
- 5 credits using V2.5 at 1080p resolution
- 25 credits using V2.7
- How much can I generate on the free plan?
- Every 30 days, we will top up your account with 25 free credits.
- How do I see my credits?
- You can see your credits and manage your subscription on the Pricing page (aka this page).
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. When upgrading, you will be asked to pay the prorated difference between each plan's cost, and will receive the difference in credits associated with each plan. For example, if upgrading from Standard to Pro, you would receive 6000-1200=4800 credits.
- What happens if I run out of credits?
- If you run out of credits, you'll need to wait for your next renewal date or upgrade to a higher tier plan. Email us if you're at the top tier and run out of credits: support@lemonslice.com
- Do unused credits roll over?
- No, credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Credits reset on their respective renewal dates.
