The Hosted Pipeline gives you a LemonSLice-managed agent while still letting you control key avatar behavior at runtime.

What’s possible

  • Use any reference image at call creation to set the avatar look for that session.
  • Trigger in-call image changes with /imagine to update the avatar’s visual context dynamically.
  • Keep the call live while updating appearance so the interaction continues without restarting the session.

Common use cases

  • Context switching: update the agent’s look to match topic changes (for example, support, onboarding, or product walkthrough).
  • Campaign personalization: change visuals based on user segment, page, or funnel step.
  • Interactive experiences: let users request scene/style updates live with /imagine.
